How often should I get my carpets professionally cleaned?

To remove deep dirt and ensure your carpets are well maintained, you should get them professionally cleaned every 12 months. However, if you have kids or pets, you should get your carpets cleaned every 6 to 9 months. For commercial spaces with heavy foot traffic, it’s recommended to clean your carpets every 5 - 6 months. 

How long does professional carpet cleaning take?

Professional carpet cleaning takes 1 to 3 hours, depending on the size of your home. Also, if there is a need to move furniture and other stuff during the process, this can also affect the time required to clean your space. 

How long does it take a carpet to dry after professional cleaning?

It takes 6 to 12 hours for carpets to dry after our professional cleaning services. We use dry stroke techniques to reduce dry  time and ensure your carpets don’t grow mold or mildew while drying. 

Can professional carpet cleaners remove pet urine?

Yes, our IICRC-certified carpet cleaners can effectively remove pet urine odors and stains from your carpets. We use deep-extraction methods to penetrate and get rid of stains and odor-causing crystals in carpet fibers and padding.

How long does it take furniture to dry after professional cleaning?

Your furniture will be completely dry and ready to use within 1 to 2 hours. Our professional sofa cleaners use Low Moisture (VLM) cleaning methods, which use less water than steam cleaning. So, you can expect your furniture to dry faster. 

What type of upholstery can you clean?

We can clean almost all types of upholstery, from natural fibers like cotton and silk to synthetic fabrics such as nylon and polyester. Before cleaning, we first identify the type of fabric and perform a color bleed test to identify the most effective and safest cleaning product and technique to use.
